Most pieces at Valley Grown Handcrafts are handmade in small batches or made to order, so processing times can vary a bit depending on the item. I work hard to get orders out quickly, but I also want everything to arrive just the way it should.

Shipping times

• In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days

• Made-to-order or custom pieces typically ship within 10 business days

During busy seasons or holidays, turnaround times may be a little longer. If timing matters, feel free to reach out before ordering and I’ll gladly let you know what’s doable.

At this time, I ship within the United States only.

That helps me keep shipping more reliable, timelines more predictable, and packaging thoughtful from start to finish.

Returns

Because many pieces are handmade just for you, all custom and personalized items are final sale.

For non-custom items, please contact me within 14 days of delivery if there’s an issue with your order. I want you to feel good about what you ordered, and I’ll do my best to help if something isn’t right.

Approved returns must be sent back in original condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
