How long does my order take to ship?

Many of my pieces are made to order, and some items are kept in small batches.

• In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days

• Made-to-order or custom pieces typically ship within 10 business days

During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. I’m always clear about current turnaround times, and if you’re ordering for a specific date, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to help you plan.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, I ship within the United States only.

This allows me to keep shipping reliable, timelines clear, and packaging thoughtful — the way I want every order to arrive.

What is your return policy? 

Because many items are made to order or personalized, all custom and personalized sales are final.

For non-custom items, if there’s an issue when your order arrives, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Your experience matters to me, and I’ll do my best to make things right.

Approved returns must be sent back in original condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
